Deteriorating vision is a problem that will eventually plague almost all of us – and if you’ve already been living with less than 20/20 you know how big of a problem it can be. You need to have (and keep track of, and keep protected, and clean) eyeglasses, contacts – maybe you’ve even considered to go with the somewhat risky and still quite expensive eye surgeries just to get through the day.
I doesn’t have to be like that anymore.
What if I told you that there are a handful of “superfoods” that you’ve been eating all your life, that if you increased the amount in your daily intake could begin to slow and even reverse any and all eye damage or eye strain that you’re currently dealing with. Imagine if you could get rid of those eye glasses, never again have to struggle putting contacts in your eyes in the morning and taking them out at night, and you could forget completely about going under the laser – this is the reality many people are waking up to when they add more of these superfoods into their diets!
How to improve your eyesight – the superfood secret
There are several different foods and supplements that you’ve probably already come across in your day to day life that you have no idea could boost your vision and eye health through the roof. The reason that these pleasant effects have remained mostly a secret is because modern people have come to be so accustomed to just throwing on some glasses or popping in contacts – and don’t even get me started on the staggering rate of people who go under the laser each and every year. And that’s where all the money is – in telling people that they need to buy expensive glasses, to keep ordering throw away contact lenses, to go and get the costly surgery – if people knew that could build up their vision through diet they’d be out of business…Continue Reading
For many people all over the world, poor eyesight has been treated as somewhat of a way of life – an unchangeable problem unless you have buckets of money and are willing to undergo a somewhat risky surgical process. Most of us with poor eyesight are stuck with using eye glasses or having to wear contacts – and all of the daily routines and maintenance that come with it.
But what if I told you all of that could be a thing of the past – that you could naturally improve your eyesight without needing any risky medications, going through risky and unpredictable surgeries, or even wasting more than 5 minutes of your day? Would you call me crazy? Maybe – but I’d be willing to bet that you’d at least be a little bit interested in the solution.
What causes the damage to our eyes?
In a nutshell, modern life causes much of the damage to our eye sight. We’ve become more and more accustomed to just bandaging the problem with glasses or contacts, rather than look for the real cure – and the boom in television sets and computer use certainly hasn’t helped out the cause. The reality is that in our modern lives our eyes are constantly under attack from multiple angles. This makes natural eye exercises even more critically important…Continue Reading
Millions of people all over the world have to deal with poor vision – it’s become a fact of life for them. The only relief comes in the form of costly eye glasses, contact lenses that need to be folded into a daily routine, or expensive and potentially dangerous surgeries. For people with poor eye sight or vision problems, this list reads like a bad, worse, and worst list of options.
But there is hope yet – and it actually comes from one of the most surprising sources.
How to improve your eyesight – Your grandma was right – eating carrots improves vision
I know, it sounds a bit crazy. I know that every time my grandmother told me that I needed to eat my carrots or my eyes would go bad I was pretty sure she was tricking me into eating my veggies. I’d complain, push them around, and then eat just a couple to appease her before she’d let me go out and play – and pretty much forgot all about the old “carrot for vision” trick. That is until I needed my first set of glasses. All of those memories of pushing my carrots around came rushing back, and when the fear that I had somehow damaged my eyes came bubbling up, I blurted out to my optometrist “This couldn’t of been corrected with carrots, right?”. He laughed for a minute, which put me at ease, and then stonewalled “Of course it could of. Carrots really do help your eyesight”.
I thought I was going to faint.
Luckily he went on to tell me that my vision deteriorating would of still be pretty bad even with eating carrots once a week at grandmas – I would have needed a complete diet overhaul to give my eyesight a fighting chance. He was incredibly candid with me about the options for building a better diet that would not only slow my visions deterioration, but also help me to build up my eyesight as well! I was over the moon…Continue Reading
